Corrected licence information

On 21 August 2009 an error was found in the new wiki theme.

Unfortunately, some licensing text was omitted. This means that the licence has been listed as "GFDL" instead of "GDFL with no invariant sections". To correct this we have now amended the licence in the theme.

If you were a contributor to the site and object to your changes having this licence, we would ask that you would remove these sections included by you.
