A GNU/Linux project, to take all the binary blobs out of a rather popular distribution and make it all free.
Download It And Try It Before You Install.
http://cdimage.gnewsense.org/ (now with BitTorrent)
Get your single CD for installing or trying it out as a live CD. A live CD does not install on the machine unless you choose to do so, as a result you can try it before you install it. To have a reasonable install we suggest about five gigs of space should be made available.
To create gNewSense we needed to have produced a set of scripts. This building method we called Builder and these scripts allow anyone to to build their own distribution. Try it here: create a GNU/Linux Distribution.

There have been yet more Builder/gNewSense updates. The update process was automated a week ago, and this process now has two levels of monitoring. We're also now monitoring mirror freshness.
